How Does the Rural King Gun Layaway Program Work?
The current Rural King gun layaway program works like this… You are allowed to put up to two guns on layaway at Rural King per customer.
Your paperwork should be completed after the final payment of the gun has been made to Rural King.
In the event that you are not approved to purchase a gun or firearm from Rural King. Rural King will assess a small service charge of $10.00 for the handling, storage and record keeping costs associated with the layaway agreement.
How Long Will Rural King Hold My Gun in Layaway?
Rural King will hold your gun in their layaway program for a period of sixty days or roughly two months.
How Much Is Needed For Your Gun Layaway Down Payment?
You will need to put down at least a 10% down payment on each new layaway you start up with Rural King.
When Is The First Gun Layaway Payment Due?
According to Rural King’s layaway agreement the first payment is due within thirty days of the previous payment, which would be your down payment.
Rural King Layaway Program Fine Print
All merchandise (excluding guns) must be fully paid for and picked up within 90 days of the original layaway date.
In the event that 90 days pass from the original layaway date (excluding guns) and the layaway is not paid in full, or if at any time the customer cancels the layaway, Rural King will assess a service charge of $10.00 for the handling, storage, and record-keeping costs of the layaway agreement.
Clearance items are restricted and may not be put on layaway.
Rural King reserves the right to modify our layaway policy at any time.
Christmas layaways must be paid in full and picked up by December 18th.
